I updated to the Fedora packages with KWin 6.7.0 / Plasma 6.7.0 / Qt 6.11.1, rebooted, and tested my triple-monitor NVIDIA X11 setup. Ctrl+Alt+F3/F2 works again, logout/login works again, and the display corruption issue appears resolved on my system.
