Useful hitboxes are invisible in the scrollable Desktop

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have items out of bounds, activating the scrollable Desktop.
2. Drag an item into an edge and kept it there.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Desktop will scroll in that direction, but there's no visual indicator,
which is not good in terms of accessibility.

EXPECTED RESULT
When dragging items over a scrollable Desktop, the hitboxes at the edges that
causes scrolling should be 25% opaque, so the feature isn't hidden from users.
