Issue in Plasmashell
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have items out of bounds, activating the scrollable Desktop.
2. Drag an item into an edge and kept it there.
OBSERVED RESULT
The Desktop will initially scroll away from that direction.
EXPECTED RESULT
Always scroll into that correct direction.
