DESCRIPTION
When typing text in Russian with plasma-keyboard and using the virtual Shift to
enter an uppercase character, it often stays enabled for two letters instead of
one, e.g.: ПРивет instead of Привет.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Plasma Keyboard
2. Configure the Russian layout for it
3. Try entering text in any app

OBSERVED RESULT
Uppercase is weirdly semi-sticky

EXPECTED RESULT
Shift only affects the next entered letter, then unpresses itself
