other terminal emulators set as default
Dolphin only shows terminal icon in "Open in Terminal" context button when
konsole is installed and set as default terminal in systemsettings.
This commit https://invent.kde.org/system/dolphin/-/merge_requests/1003 fixed
it for me, although I'm aware a similar commit was done for this:

Terminals use: konsole(works, icon is visible), Black-Box and
Gnome-Console(nope).
