DESCRIPTION
When I switch from oxygen to air i notice the application icons and widgets in
the panel take a bit more space and are smaller.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch from oxygen to air
2. Observe results
OBSERVED RESULT
They have different padding different icon sizing
EXPECTED RESULT
They shouldn't change in size
