DESCRIPTION
The widget panel doesn't appear when in edit mode
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be on Fedora 44 using Wayland
2. Right click the task manager and click "add or manage widgets"
3. It goes into edit mode but doesn't show the widget panel.
OBSERVED RESULT
The panel doesn't launch and
"file:///usr/share/plasma/shells/org.kde.plasma.desktop/contents/explorer/WidgetExplorer.qml:62:5:
PlasmaCore.EdgeEventForwarder is not a type" is logged into the terminal.
EXPECTED RESULT
The widget panel opens up as normal
