DESCRIPTION
Welcome Center reports I18N_ARGUMENT_MISSING on network error.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn off Internet connection.
2. Run Welcome Center:
```
$ LC_ALL=C plasma-welcome --post-update
```
OBSERVED RESULT
The preview reports the following error message:
> The preview could not be downloaded -- a network error occurred
> (2(I18N_ARGUMENT_MISSING)).
EXPECTED RESULT
"I18N_ARGUMENT_MISSING" should be replaced by something meaningful.
