STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Application Launcher, go to "All applications", then click a letter.
2. Hover over the letters.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
Show a highlight on each letter in order to be consistent with the rest of KDE.
