DESCRIPTION
Issue with monitor brightness after wake-up (DDC issue).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I set my screen brightness to 25%, the monitor has it set 15% initially.
When I boot my computer the DDC setting kicks in and set's my monitor to 25%
and the monitor brigthens to 25%.
2. When I leave the computer and the blank screen kicks-in then the after a
while the monitor goes to stand-by.
3. When I move my mouse and the PC turns on the display then the DDC is still
set to 25%, but is does not sets the monitor to 25% again.
4. In this case even the DDC shows 25%, the monitor's real brightness is at
default 15%.
OBSERVED RESULT
After a wake up, the monitor stays at it's default 15% brightness.
EXPECTED RESULT
After a wake up, the DDC should set the 25% brightness again.
