The plasma OSK does not trigger in some apps (jellyfin desktop from flathub).
There seems to be no way to force bring up the keyboard. Coming from gnome,
they deal with this by a bottom screen swipe gesture when only a touchscreen is
present to launch the keyboard. There doesn't seem to be a way to configure
this as a gesture in system settings.
