The minimal repro steps are: 1. Start Plasma and connect a phone via KDE Connect 2. Disconnect the phone (i.e. switch off its WiFi) 3. Wait few moments The workaround mentioned at Discuss (killall kdeconnectd) works till the next connect/disconnect iteration.
