DESCRIPTION
I remember first encountering this bug ever since my first contact with KDE
Plasma. Regardless of the distro I'd run it in, be it Ubuntu, be it Debian, be
it Gentoo, be it Arch, this same bug would remain happening, where getting to
the Spell Check module of System Settings always had an active "Apply" button,
even if no changes were made in that module.
It'd also happen regardless of whether a backend was installed or not··· in my
current setup I don't have a backend installed, and it remains occurring.
Weirdly enough, if I change any option under that module and click "Apply", my
changes do get saved and the button does get deactivated, but once I come back
to this module, be it by closing System Settings and opening it back again, or
just going to another module and then back to the Spell Check one, the button
remains active, despite no changes being made whatsoever.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Go to "Spell Check"
OBSERVED RESULT
The "Apply" button at the bottom will be active as if you made a change, when
you actually just entered the module and did nothing whatsoever.
EXPECTED RESULT
The buttom would remain inactive until a change was made, and, just like in
other modules, reverting a change would deactivate it.
