DESCRIPTION
Multi-monitor setup with dGPU + iGPU display graphical glitch on second monitor
connected to iGPU (motherboard). The monitor connect iGPU will not display
visuals correctly and is frozen in time sometimes. Other users on Reddit has
shared similar and same issues as me. Post with video (could not send video):

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect main monitor to a normal discrete GPU via display port (1440p @144
Hz)
2. A secondary monitor (1080p @60 Hz) connected to motherboard with an
integrated graphics supported CPU via display port or HDMI (My case 9800x3d)
3. Watch secondary monitor show visual glitch. Additionally, move an
application window over to secondary monitor, where it will glitch out
visually.
OBSERVED RESULT
Video demonstration of visual glitch in real time. Moving an application
(dolphin) freezes on screen also not updating (as seen on binary clock not
updating).
EXPECTED RESULT
Both monitor should display and work normally, real time display of info and no
visual glitches.
