DESCRIPTION
Using Window Decoration: Oxygen + with one of 75%, 175%, 200%, 250%, or 300%
display scale levels causes kate/dolphin app surface to not update when the app
is maximized (or occasionally *diagonally* resized). This doesn't freeze the
apps as i can still type in kate and all mouse inputs and context menus etc
work.
The bug disappears when you edit the Oxygen Window Decoration and enable "Allow
resizing maximized windows from window edges".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Colors & Themes > Window Decorations > Oxygen
2. Set display scale to one of the above mentioned affected ones
2. Open dolphin or kate
3. Maximize
4. App surface/content becomes garbled/doesn't update
3. Resize diagonally (not horizontally or vertically)
4. The app surface *occasionally* becomes garbled
OBSERVED RESULT
Not able to use 'oxygen window decorations' with kate/dolphin when they're

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- My display is 4K@144Hz, i did not try this on a smaller monitor.
- All other multiples of 25% between 50%-300% work.
- I tried some fractional scales and they also work: 172,5%, 176,667%, 197,5%,
201,667%.
