you can see here the dolphin file manager is minimized the the highlight is
barely like a small dot unable to spot easily.
the highlighted icon in the task bar when its not focused its quiet less
highlighted but if i minimize there only a small portion of highlight indicator
which makes it really hard to tell if the app is minimized or not.
theme is oxygen dark
check the attachment below you can see there the dolphin file manager is
minimized and the highlight is barely like a small dot unable to spot easily.
making it more highlighted would help
I'm loving the oxygen theme thanks!
