Issue in System Tray widget
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on an app to launch it.
2. Click on a widget so the blue line appears before the app launches.
OBSERVED RESULT
The blue line jitters.
EXPECTED RESULT
The blue line should remain in place.
