STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Test the differences between Breeze and Union.
OBSERVED RESULT
They seem to behave the same, but that's because System Settings doesn't tell
the user a reboot is required.
After rebooting the differences appear, but the user might not realize why.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Application Style should inform the user that a reboot is necessary to
fully switch styles.
