DESCRIPTION
"…is typing" popup lacks padding and bleeds off edge of application when using
union application style (see attachment).
I have not tested with the legacy Breeze application style.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open neochat
2. Observe the popup when someone types a message
