DESCRIPTION
When you create a zone from a clip and switch the same project to a different
aspect ratio in project settings, the alignment of the zone's title and
timestamp is messed up.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a project with any settings and import a clip
2. Extract a zone from that clip and note it's title
3. Change the project's aspect ratio via project settings (e.g. 16:9 --> 9:16)
4. Look at the title of the zone that was created prior
OBSERVED RESULT
Notice how the alignment of the title and timestamp is off. It happens when
switching from any aspect ratio to a different aspect ratio. View attachment.
EXPECTED RESULT
The title and timestamp remain aligned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I know it can sometimes be frowned upon to change project settings in the
middle of a project, but this is more of a UI issue than issues arising from
altering framerates and such. Also possibly related:
