after returning from a sleep, if i type my password with my external keyboard,
KDE doesn't bring up the UI showing the prompt... however keystrokes are
normally interpreted and only after pressing RET/ENTER it brings it! making me
press RET twice, one for bringing the UI and another to confirm my previously
typed password
