DESCRIPTION
If I apply settings in the kcm like who to autologin with and if logging out
immediately logs me back in, those settings do not go into effect until the
login service is restarted
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Automatically log in settings and set Log in again immediately
2. Log out
OBSERVED RESULT
User is greeted with the login screen
EXPECTED RESULT
The settings should have applied and the user should have been logged back in
