I have killed the troublesome nvidia power daemon mentioned earlier, so it is not active. I put my computer to sleep. Then when I woke it up, it started using a lot of power 18W constantly for at least 20 minutes. The results from "perf record" are above, showing kwin using a lot of CPU.
