DESCRIPTION
When I delete a file on disk, Kate detects that the file has been deleted and
opens the file-changed dialog. In most cases what I want to do is just to close
the file in Kate as well. But the dialog offers no "close" button, so I have to
reload the empty file, and then close the file manually.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ope a file in Kate
2. Delete it from the disk
3. See the file-changed dialog correctly reporting it as deleted
