DESCRIPTION
The edit taskbar close button behaves differently depending if you opened it
first or if you opened it while in edit mode. The close button in the Add or
Manage widgets menu should behave the same way.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on the taskbar
2. Open "Add or Manage widgets"
3. Press the close button
OBSERVED RESULT
Panel settings get opened
EXPECTED RESULT
Edit mode should be exited.
