STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Unmaximize GIMP, either by clicking the maximize button, or by dragging the
title bar down.
OBSERVED RESULT
The window has the same size as when it was maximized.
EXPECTED RESULT
Just like other apps, it should memorize its unmaximized window size.
