screencast
The setting that controls the menu bar visibility (`[General] > Show Menu Bar`)
does not seem to be respected and thus does not do what is supposed.
See the attached screencast for an example.
We start by having KWrite without the menu bar and then enabling the menu bar
via Ctrl + M.
We then check kwriterc and verify that `Show Menu Bar` is now `true`.
We change the setting to false and launch KWrite.
KWrite is still showing the menu bar.
We check the setting through the menu bar and it shows as disabled (not
matching the value in the file).
Enabling and then disabling the setting through the menu bar hides the menu
bar.
I would expect the menu bar's visibility to be controlled by the aformentioned
setting, but it appears there is something else affecting the visibility.
