DESCRIPTION
There is no alphabetical order for countries when adding an address for a
contact and DEUTSCHLAND seems to be missing which was specified for my older
contacts.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kontact
2. Go to contacts
3. Specify an address
OBSERVED RESULT
Random order of country names
No entry DEUTSCHLAND
EXPECTED RESULT
Alphabetical order and old entries still exist or a selected so for DEUTSCHLAND
choose Deutschland/Germany.
