Hey Nate, I've managed to change my second monitor to a HDMI one and I've also did a fresh install because at the time of the reporting my system was broken and behaving strangely (this time I'm using btrfs). Right now I'm on "Plasma Version: 6.7.0 / KDE Frameworks Version: 6.27.0 / Qt Version: 6.11.1" and everything is working as expected.. Yesterday I received the notification regarding 6.7.1 but i'll wait a few weeks to apply it. I choose to not use anymore a usb monitor so I'll mark this one as resolved and fixed.
