I'd much prefer notifications. Then, I can see what crash notification is
correlated with each application, even on a device with a touch-capacitative
display as its primary input method (where tooltips are useless).

Ideally, we should re-scope the title, to focus upon the problem, rather than a
desired solution.

I'd hoped that

might render this discussion less important, but I don't appear to see a way to
invoke Konqi via the CPV, yet.
