I'm facing this weird situation with Brave and VSCodium for example whenever
scale is anything < 100%

Tried a few thing but so far haven't made any progress and the solution is to
simple keep exactly 100%. In my case the issue showed on the video occur only
on the second monitor.

Have you got any solution on this ?
