Issue in Plasma
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Application Launcher.
2. Go to "All applications"
3. Open the ABC menu.
4. Click on the last letter.
OBSERVED RESULT
It will not fully scroll down.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should pre-scroll 100% of the way for the last app (except if it would hide
the first app of that letter).
