DESCRIPTION
I had to nuke and pave my computer so I needed to relogin to my matrix server
(dendrite). I was able to login however it was unsuccessful in getting the
chats.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Clear KWalletManager and Cache for Neochat
2. Logout of your account on a Dendrite matrix server
3. Login to the relevant account
OBSERVED RESULT
Neochat success in logging in but is unable to receive chats. Running it
manually with kbuilder in the terminal results in
