Panel with Oxygen style set to "Opaque", showing the colour of the wallpaper
and missing its border
DESCRIPTION
When using the Oxygen plasma style, an opaque panel will show the colour of the
wallpaper behind it and will not have its border visible.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Plasma style to Oxygen
2. Set panel opacity to "Opaque" in panel configuration (or "Adaptive" and
maximize a window)
OBSERVED RESULT
The panel shows the colour of the wallpaper behind it, and does not have its
border.
EXPECTED RESULT
The panel should turn black, similar to the desktop widgets in Oxygen, and its
border should be visible like normal.
