If I zoom in so far I can see the pixel grid, the icons in both screenshots are
pixel-for-pixel identical. If they look different, it's an optical illusion!

There is one visible difference though: in the 9:42 screenshot, the icons are
all one pixel higher up on the panel than they are in the 8:50 screenshot. This
is unfortunately an unavoidable side effect of using 150% scaling; the
rounding/sharpening algorithm is working really really hard to snap the lines
to pixel boundaries wherever it can, and sometimes it will round upwards and
sometimes it will round downwards. at 150% scale, this is non-deterministic.
But still, there is no visual difference in blurriness between the two
screenshots.
