DESCRIPTION
When the "Desktop Overview" effect is triggered with no windows open, a "close
window" button (typically used for closing individual windows within Overview)
briefly appears in the top-right corner during the Overview exit animation. The
button moves from left to right and then disappears. This does not occur when
at least one window is open (even if minimized).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Close all windows — ensure the desktop is completely empty.
2. Trigger the "Desktop Overview" effect (e.g., by pushing the mouse to the
top-left corner, or using the Meta+W keyboard shortcut).
3. Close the Overview (e.g., by clicking on an empty area of the desktop, or
pressing the Esc key).
4. Watch the Overview exit animation carefully: a "close window" (X) button
briefly appears in the top-right corner of the screen, moving from left to
right, then fading/disappearing.
5. Open any window (even if immediately minimized to the taskbar) and repeat
steps 2–4.
6. Observe: the button does NOT appear during the exit animation.
OBSERVED RESULT
A "close window" button flashes briefly in the top-right corner during the
Overview exit animation, only when no windows are present.
EXPECTED RESULT
The "close window" button should not appear at all when no windows are open, as
there is nothing to close. The exit animation should be clean without this
visual artifact.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This bug is 100% reproducible on the above system.
- The bug is triggered EXCLUSIVELY when there are zero windows open.
- Opening any window (even if minimized) makes the bug disappear.
- The button appears to be the same "close window" button used within Overview
when hovering over window thumbnails — it should not be rendered when there are
no windows.
