DESCRIPTION
Sometimes, the Sliders in the effects panel glitch on top. After moving /
changing any object in said panel, it works. This is annoying because you have
to change something in order to use the sliders correctly. On Linux, it doesn't
happen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Apply an Effect on a Clip (Tried it with many, noticed it on Draw Box)
2. Navigate to the Effect/Composition Stack Panel

Sliders layed on top of each other

Sliders in a list
