video of the issue

DESCRIPTION
When I move the windows to the edges of the screen for the first time to tile
it, before the tiling squares appears, there is a huge stutter, then this
stutter doesn't appear anymore after the first time I move the windows to the
edges of the screen.

This stutter only happens with the proprietary NVIDIA drivers, and this issue
is also happening in Plasma 6.6.5, 6.7.1 and in the 6.8 Dev version

for some reason the stutter is not visible from the screen recording, but you
can see that the tiling square appear late, because there has been a huge
stutter.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. After you log in, move the windows to the edge of the screen using the
proprietary nvidia driver.
2.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
There is a huge stutter the first time I move the window to the edge of the
screen

EXPECTED RESULT
There isn't any stutter when I move the window to the edge of the screen
