DESCRIPTION
The Opera browser Pop-Up that appears when you try to close it, defaults to the
chromium CSDs instead of getting the KWin SSDs
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. try to close the opera browser

OBSERVED RESULT
the popup doesn't have the SSDs but defaults to CSDs
EXPECTED RESULT
the popup should get the SSDs
