When a previously connected Bluetooth device (earbuds in this case) connects
automatically, the icon in the system tray doesn't change to connected state.
However if we manually connects, it works as expected.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

2. Turn on Bluetooth while the device is on.
3. Wait a few seconds for the device to auto-connect.

The device auto-connects but the system tray icon state remains the same. The
hover text also reads "No connected devices"
EXPECTED RESULT
The system tray icon should change to connected state.
