DESCRIPTION
I have a starred item in my clipboard history that is totally empty, because I
prefer to have my clipboard be completely empty when I don't use it. Sadly, KDE
Connect messes with that, because when I empty the clipboard on my laptop, it
doesn't sync over to the phone, which then restores the previous clipboard
content at a random point in time. Sometimes even so when I empty my phone's
clipboard, so KDE Connect seems to even cache it. The only way to ensure it's
empty on both is currently to manually empty the clipboard on the phone and
then hit "Send clipboard" on the phone.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy something on KDE while connected to a phone via KDE Connect with
clipboard sync enabled
2. Empty the clipboard (e.g. edit the latest clipboard item to be empty)
3. Wait for the phone to sync its clipboard back to the desktop
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens on the phone and it obliviously sends back its own clipboard
eventually
EXPECTED RESULT
The phone should immediately be notified of the clipboard change and that it is
empty (when phone and desktop both already have empty clipboard, I sometimes
get a "Copied " thingy with no content in it popping up on the phone, so it is
possible).

I believe this issue is with the desktop application, which for whatever reason
omits notifying the phone of the clipboard change if the result is am empty
clipboard.
