DESCRIPTION
If you leave the keyboard settings default without specifying a layout, then
they tray icon in the lower hand right corner is invisible
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to plasma (for the first time) and do not configure a keyboard layout
or remove all layouts and set the toggle "Layouts" in "Keyboard -> Keyboard" to
disabled and press "Apply".
2. Show all tray icons
3. See an invisible white space which is the Keyboard Layout applet.
OBSERVED RESULT
A white / transparent space on the tray bar.
EXPECTED RESULT
A (maybe default?) icon (like the keyboard in the icon pack?) if there is no
layout set.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Gentoo Linux 2.18
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.5
