STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-click the widget (either from the panel or the desktop)
2. In the context menu select 'Configure Color Picker'
3. In the settings window go to the 'About' tab
4. Click the 'Report an issue' link
OBSERVED RESULT
The user is taken to
https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=kdeplasma-addons&component=Color%20Picker,
where instead of being able to report a bug they are shown a message stating
'Sorry, entering a bug into the product kdeplasma-addons has been disabled.'
EXPECTED RESULT
The user is taken to
https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=plasmashell&component=Color%20Picker%20widget,
where they can report their issue.
