--- Comment #4 from Atlas-6 <[email protected]> --- Update 2: Discovered it can be recovered with `plasmashell --replace &`. So this may not be solely a KWin issue, but also a plasma issue. If I had to guess, it seems like plasmashell sees no outputs when it checks during resume and never tries again.
