User Avatar cannot be updated on a freshly installed OS with KDE 6.7.2 (CachyOS
in my case
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install CachyOS (The OS is fully updated on Install)
2. Try to change the user Avatar in the Plasma settings
OBSERVED RESULT
Red popup with "There was an error while saving canges".
EXPECTED RESULT
Avatar is updated correctly.

Operating System: CachyOS Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.27.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1
Kernel Version: 7.1.2-3-cachyos (64-bit)
