DESCRIPTION

The applet doesn't start from the start-menu after a suspended session 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run kdeconnect from start-menu and connect the android phone
2. Suspend the computer for a while
3. Try to run the applet again after 

OBSERVED RESULT
The applet doesn't appear on the panel and the desktop doesn't connect to
android 

EXPECTED RESULT
The applets appears and connect to android 

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS: Linux Mint 22.3 - Cinnamon 64-bit
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
Desktop: Cinnamon 6.6.7 
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0
Qt Version: 5.15.13

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
At first i tried to run the indicator command through the terminal and got this
`Couldn't connect to accessibility bus: Failed to connect to socket
/tmp/dbus-ZGPUGJON38: Connection refused`
a quick google search said its not a major bug and to just disable
accessibility bugs 
`export NO_AT_BRIDGE=1` 


but now i get  
`QSystemTrayIcon::setVisible: No Icon set`
