Kde-Connect Widget with blurry icon
DESCRIPTION
The Oxygen Icon that is shown when the coupled device is not available in the
KDE Connect Widget is blurry (most probably due to biggest available icon being
too small and being upscaled).
I use a common 2560x1440 resolution.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Couple a device using KDE-Connect
2. Turn Device off or remove it from network
3. Click on KDE-Connect Widget
OBSERVED RESULT
Icon displaying a plug is blurry.
EXPECTED RESULT
Icon displaying a plug is not blurry.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Fedora Linux 44
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.27.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is my first bug report. I hope this isn't already reported or being fixed,
