--- Comment #1 from [email protected] --- EDIT: I tested the crashing behavior further, and have figured out that the crash only occurs if Firefox AND Dolphin are open. So here are corrected steps to reproduce: STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Start the PC 2. Open Firefox (snap package) 3. Open Dolphin 4. Log out 5. Log in This crash seems to happen at other random times. Here are more things I did, and their observed results (abbreviated as ObRes): Steps: Startup, open only Firefox, log out and log in ObRes: No crash, Firefox looks normal Steps: Startup, open only Dolphin, log out and log in ObRes: No crash, Firefox looks normal Steps: Startup, open Dolphin & Thunderbird, log out and log in ObRes: No crash, Thunderbird looks normal Steps: Startup, open Dolphin & VSCode, log out and log in, then open Dolphin & Firefox, log out and log in ObRes: No crash pop-up, but when Firefox is launched, the same symptoms occur as described above (missing minimize/maximize arrows etc.). Also, the service crashes some time later (2-3 minutes). The pop-up then reads (Ubuntu - Apport): "Sorry, Ubuntu 26.04 has experienced an internal error. If you notice further problems, try restarting the computer." The ExecutablePath displayed in the pop-up is /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libexec/xdg-desktop-portal-kde -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
