DESCRIPTION
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Pop-up Palette
2. Add an Wide Gamut Color Selection
3. Change the color using the sliders
OBSERVED RESULT
4. A three-part color rectangle appears
5. Draw, but the rectangle doesn't disappear.
6. Select any other application on your computer.
7. The rectangle is still drawn on top of the other window.
