STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have an app that unexpectedly opens certain file types.
2. Try to rank it lower than the apps you use most of the time, by always
opening with the apps you use most of the time.
OBSERVED RESULT
That sorting is set in stone.
EXPECTED RESULT
Automatically sort them based on how much the user uses each app.
UNLESS the user manually changes their sorting. (Can go back to auto by going
back to the Default setting)
